Yes unless stated other wise , 1) In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. Send request to Yia Yia's Treasure Chest at [email protected] 2) You may return any unopened merchandise back to the supplier using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. unless other wise stated in the sale-add or confirmation e mail. 3) We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. 4) Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. 5)All returns must be shipped back to the supplier using a trackable courier.
