Processing:
When shoppers make purchases from Yia Yias Treasure Chest,
1) Our Secure Merchant Checkout Center VIA Google or Pay Pal notifies Yia Yia's Treasure Chest of new orders.
2)We will send you a confirmation E Mail From [email protected]
the e mail will contain all Terms, Shipping,Warrenty,and RMA information.
3) after we recive returned e mail from you confirming order and Terms. We then process orders in the Secure Merchant Checkout Center via Pay Pal or Google.
4) Shipping:
Yia Yia's Treasure Chest will ship your order to the shipping address (as specified in the Google Checkout Merchant Center or the Google Checkout API call) according to the shipping method and timeframe agreed upon when the order was placed or (Pay Pals confirmed address)
All orders are shipped with trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) For transactions less than US$99.99, we require full shipping address to match Google or Pay Pal address.We deliver with trackable tracking number (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) For transactions of US$100.00 or greater, we require buyer's signature and full shipping address to match Google or Pay Pal address.
We will send confirmation of courier tracking via email.
Please notify us within 10 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.,as we can check with trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation Number). As you the buyer and Yia Yia's Treasure Chest is covered useing trackable courier.

Returns:
Yes unless stated other wise ,
1) In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. Send request to Yia Yia's Treasure Chest at [email protected]
2) You may return any unopened merchandise back to the supplier using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. unless other wise stated in the sale-add or confirmation e mail.
3) We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
4) Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
5)All returns must be shipped back to the supplier using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
6) Any package that has not been received by the supplier and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole
responsibility of the shipper. **Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange (from the date it's
been delivered to the supplier).**
7) If your package is returned to the supplier marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", you will be refunded minus
shipping and 20% restock. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made
an error.

Refunds:
Yia Yia's Treasure Chest will initiate a credit to the Buyer using the refund function of the Secure Merchant Service within three (3) days of receiving the Buyer's request providing all terms are met. Refunds cannot exceed the total amount of the Payment Transaction. Yia Yia's Tresure Chest will not accept cash or any other consideration from a Buyer in exchange for issuing a refund to a Buyer.
Changing Orignal Order or Duplicate Orders:
Each order has its own order number. If you (buyer) wants to make changes to an order. Your first order will cancled.
and second order will need be placed with same order procedures.

Mediation:
Chargeback and dispute resolution
Mediation services are available for Google Checkout orders placed in the last ninety days.
Most disputes can be settled quickly and easily through honest and open communication between buyers and Yia Yia's Treasure Chest.
Please rest assured that Google can mediate disputes between buyers and sellers if either party requests assistance. Should you receive a dispute notification email from Google specialists, please reply within three business days.
Limitation of Liability:
YOU AGREE THAT Yia Yia's Treasure Chest and or Owners ,and or Yia Yia's web site and or e Crater,SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITES.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of Delaware, excluding any such laws that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Kent, Delaware to resolve any legal matter arising from the terms.
PRODUCTS
Some of our products are drop shipped from our suppliers directly to you. Although we strive to update stock daily occasionally an item may be order before we have had a chance to update the status online. In this case you will be notified within 24 hours of your order and your payment authorization cancelled.
